Abu Dhabi carries more formal meeting space than other emirates its size — boardrooms where decisions are minuted, auditoriums, and training facilities across the institutional and energy sectors. Those rooms are judged by people whose time is expensive, which raises the bar on reliability rather than on specification.
Boardrooms and auditoriums have different failure modes
An Abu Dhabi boardroom fails on reliability.
